Ordering Information

Custom drum orders now require materials cost up front, with the balance due upon delivery, plus shipping charges if applicable. Orders usually take between 8 to 12 weeks depending on the availability of materials and which type of finish is being applied. Please remember, Portland Drum Co. builds custom drums to order. I'm sure you'll agree they're worth the relatively short wait!

I am committed to my customer’s complete satisfaction. If there is ever an issue with a product, I encourage you to contact me personally so that we can find a solution. Although I cannot offer refunds later than 2 weeks from the date the product is shipped, if there is a concern, you may return the product for examination at which point we can decide whether to make modifications, replace, or offer a complete refund.
